Stella & Bluewater

The twin developments of Stella and Bluewater stand as a transformative addition to the Grantville neighborhood of San Diego. Bluewater is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments opening its doors specifically to low-income families. Stella is comprised of studios and one-bedroom units set aside for formerly homeless veterans.

Offices, mail rooms, shared computer lounges, laundry facilities, meeting rooms, and building lobbies populate the first floor behind broad expanses of glass storefronts. A lease space anchors the corner, inviting a coffee shop or juice bar to take advantage of the small plaza overlooking the intersection.

Both buildings surround a large outdoor terrace with plenty of seating, a play area for children, vegetable beds, a barbecue area, and an airy state of the art common rooms. The Stella and Bluewater serve San Diego’s residents with bright, modern, and efficient design.
