Portside Pier

Portside Pier is simply stunning, gorgeous, an architectural masterpiece that not only vastly improves upon its predecessor, but enhances the overall look and enjoyment of the entire Embarcadero. With its beautiful curves and glass panels, it seemingly floats on the water as it extends from the street. Its cargo doors that allow access to its utility portals are well-hidden, so that when they are closed, they are hardly visible, enhancing the overall look of the building. And its multi-use functionality – sit-down eating and drinking, take-away coffee and snacks, and public rooftop vistas – enable it to be used by the entire community, much like a public park would be.
