NEST Apartments Hillcrest

NEST is a vibrant multifamily community in a quiet enclave within walking distance to two of San Diego’s most desirable urban centers – Downtown Hillcrest and Downtown Mission Hills. Designed with the emerging creative and maker class in mind – who crave live/work/play environments and demand a less car-centric future – it is a prime example of a thoughtful and well-crafted urban infill project, and the greater neighborhood opportunities they afford.

The design incorporates traditional detached walk-up floorplans housing types – bungalow flats and townhomes – and stacks them vertically to achieve a comfortable “I’m home” feel, met with panoramic perched views of the city. The project exceeds city livability requirements by featuring a 500 square foot outdoor entry courtyard, and every one of its 13 units have expansive indoor/outdoor living. Custom signage, metalwork, and finishes provide unique, personal, and engaging moments throughout.

NEST contributes to workforce housing in the neighborhood by offering smaller and more efficient floor plans than nearby luxury apartments, at a fraction of the cost, and creates housing that fosters creativity and seeks collaboration within San Diego’s diverse urban fabric.
