JULEP venue

Located at the base of Mission Hills, JULEP venue is an expansive indoor-outdoor multipurpose event space, daily cafe and corporate headquarters for Snake Oil Cocktail Company. This adaptive reuse project recovers and revitalizes a forgotten structure in an overlooked area of the city. The venue’s large roll-up doors, alternating herringbone patterned floor, private lounges, gabled ceiling, and bright design elements provide a perfect jumping-off point for San Diego’s best event planners to create.  JULEP’s event spaces playfully integrates 12,000-square-feet of natural light and airy patio spaces with the charm and function of the structure’s original framework and rustic exterior.
