Encanto Village

Encanto Village is a model for transit-oriented living. Located in the hilly Encanto neighborhood of south-eastern San Diego, the development is tax-credit financed affordable housing for families. There are sixty-six apartments divided between two buildings on separate lots. Though the two buildings are not physically connected, they share utilities, parking, and garden spaces. Encanto Village is addressing a critical need for affordable housing in San Diego while providing vibrant, context-conscious design.
