Encanto Village

Encanto Village is a tax-credit funded mixed-use development located in the hilly Encanto neighborhood of south-eastern San Diego. Situated directly adjacent to a trolley station, it is a model for transit-oriented development. Though the two buildings are not physically connected, they share utilities, parking, and common amenity spaces such as garden spaces. Encanto Village is addressing a critical need for affordable housing in San Diego while providing vibrant, context-conscious design.
