Valley Avenue Residences, Solana Beach

These two new housing developments are in the Eden Gardens neighborhood of Solana Beach. The homes bring a fresh contemporary feel to an area that was ready for an update. One of the projects integrates the first mixed use building on the street. Large sliding openings blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces while providing privacy and natural light to take advantage of the San Diego weather. The materials complement its sleek form while also providing a soft visuality of the natural materials used. The architects used a modern twist on a classic style creating cozy and clean lined homes. Though the interior reflects the same modern style of the exterior, it integrates the Solana Beach coastal feel, seamlessly creating a perfect project for home buyers looking to move to the neighborhood.
