The Guild on 30th, North Park

The formerly blighted corner of Broadway and 30th Street, a key transit intersection for Golden Hill, South Park, Logan Heights, and other neighborhoods, is now a testament to smart growth principles.

Studio E designed 15 townhomes to fit comfortably on a 14,000 square-foot lot.  The homes feature mechanical car lifts in their attached garages, and 15-foot wide homes, with rooftop decks. All 15 homeowners enjoy ocean and/or bay views, and many also feature views of the Coronado Bridge and downtown skyline. The homes were priced affordable (relatively) for San Diego, from the high-$400,000s to high-$600,000s.
