Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty had a goal in mind: to develop a high traffic location with eye-catching visibility that would engage and inspire their agents and intrigue potential buyers.
They partnered with San Diego Office Design to meet the stringent city of La Jolla requirements while developing a cutting edge space on the corner of Prospect & Girard.
As a former Victoia’s Secret store, the new space features an open air entrance that invites visitors to wander the interactive media/sales/museum space and a jaw-dropping 50-foot blue glass wave wall to capture the ocean ambiance along with a gigantic video wall to showcase properties for sale.
Offices, collaborative spaces, and co-working/hoteling areas were filled with glass to allow for natural light while maximizing space and tripling the number of agents working within.
Result: Pacific Sotheby’s has doubled their business in 12 months, exceeded the expectations of the ownership team and crafted a culture that agents are clamoring to be a part of.
