Greenstone Rowhomes on Bankers Hill

Greenstone Rowhomes on Bankers Hill is a 10 unit mutli-family residential project. Greenstone reflects a thoughtful approach to urban living in one of San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods. These one- and two-bedroom and limited three-bedroom homes feature abundant outdoor living spaces, large rooftop view decks and stylish interior living spaces.

The Architecture is modern in style with elements reminiscent of traditional rowhomes with walk up entry stairs and front door. Each unit is architecturally framed for individuality with site walls blurring the transition from landscape to structure. Outdoor spaces are defined deep overhangs to control solar conditions allowing sun penetration during winter, and shade during summer. The building massing and site orientation allows for cross-ventilation to occur within each unit with natural lighting to all spaces. These energy strategies reduce the impact of the development on the site and the environment.

Greenstone Rowhomes demonstrates that newer high density developments can not only fit within established communities like Bankers Hill, but can truly make a positive contribution to its neighborhood.
