San Diego County: Mission Blvd in North Mission Beach. Gina Champion-Cain of Luv Surf (www.luv-surf.com and www.luvsurfretail.com) and her team completely redesigned the facade and interior of this small beach shack, preserving it from a developer's destruction and bringing old repurposed materials back to style in a classic beach bungalow feel (even the exterior signage includes a repurposed long board salvage off Craig's List).
