Public art by artist Anne Mudge in the atrium of the new County Planning Department Building. Beautiful ethereal forms rendered in cable and wire, floating through the space like a colony of parasols, or chandeliers, or seed pods, or sea creatures. I love the way they combine strength and delicacy, filling the space without dominating it, dancing gently in the air and light. My favorite of the new pieces at the county's new digs in Kearny Mesa.
