Arroyo Paseo Charter High School moved to its current location in August of 2011. In May of 2012, students decided to develop a small corner of the property and build a shed with guidance from a local architect, Jennifer Swedell. Ms. Swedell took the students through the design process and they voted on the final design which was a combination of student plans. The shed will be used for storing school bikes and garden supplies which were being stored in a classroom. The plan is to develop the area/garden around the shed during the upcoming school year. Trespa donated the very cool panels seen on the exterior of the shed. In May, the students didn't believe that there would be a standing structure in July. With hard work, a few weekends, and a lot of volunteers 'La Casita X' was completed and will be a huge source of pride for our small charter school.
