The $31 million Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa has 215 rooms. Construction of the posh new Hilton Carlsbad, touting panoramic ocean views, a high-end restaurant and more than 25,000 square feet of space for events such as weddings. There is also a 5,600 square foot spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool with an ocean view.
