The 10,000-square-foot Recreation Center at the Circa 37 apartment community was designed to create a lively and inviting gathering space for residents and visitors. The leasing center provides an impressive introduction to the community with 25-foot high ceilings, broad walls of glass, and playful light fixtures. The adjoining bar has wild animal print bar stools, gold veined mirrors, and upside-down hanging lamps. The décor juxtaposes the traditional English Club vibe with unexpected modern materials, creating a whimsical experience. The third-floor party room, which can be reserved for private parties, contains a full demonstration kitchen and large dining table for celebratory meals.
