BBB Lofts

The BBB Lofts is a new multifamily development built on a once vacant lot in Golden Hill. These new rental units housed in two buildings offer quiet, comfortable spaces filled with light and fresh air, each with a view from the Coronado Bridge to the evening lights of Tijuana. Materials include colored CMU, cement board lap and panel siding, ACX plywood, and rough-sawn redwood. Reclaimed solid oak pipe cribbage is re-purposed for retaining walls for planters. Reclaimed fir pipe cribbage is used for pavers throughout individual and communal outdoor spaces and walkways.
