JWDA is the Architect of Record and Interior Designer for this affordable housing and child development project. Located at Commercial Street & 15th Street, this 12-story mixed-use complex provides contemporary accommodations for a wide array of community services provided by St. Vincent de Paul Villages. The center is the home of an extensive child development center, staff offices, community rooms, outdoor terrace, long-term transitional housing, and affordable housing in addition to below grade parking. The project achieved GreenPoint Rated status, which ensures that the project is evaluated in five categories (resource conservation, indoor air quality, water conservation, community livability and energy efficiency).
