Former Qualcomm telephone assembly building was stripped down in 2009 and re-skinned for the use of Lilly Biotechnology Center. New cool blue green glass façade was installed. Major tenant improvements were conducted on both the inside and outside to transform this once out-of date building into a new efficient laboratory design.
